MG BRIDLES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MG Bridles guarantee that all leather and non-leather goods are sold as reliable, without known defects and fit for the use they were intended.
All leather goods produced by MG Bridles are manufactured using the best quality leather, hardware and thread. All leather goods are handmade and although all care is taken to ensure goods are exactly the same as pictured, minor variations can occur.
All leather goods are quality controlled upon completion and rechecked prior to despatch.
MG Bridles endeavour to despatch goods within 5 days of receipt of online order. Delay in despatch due to incorrect contact information will not be deemed the fault of MG Bridles.
Damage by misuse or neglect will deem the goods void of the following warranty terms.
Returns and Refunds.
Goods can be returned to MG Bridle within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Returns out with 14 days will not be accepted unless agreed by MG Bridles.
MG Bridles will offer a refund for the full price of the returned goods only if they are returned; brand new, unused and undamaged. Assessment on the condition of the goods will be at the discretion of MG Bridles.
Returns must be sent via a Registered Service. MG Bridles will not accept responsibility for returning goods missing in transit.
All returns are at the full cost of the customer and will not be accepted by MG Bridles if sent COD.
Refunds will not be offered on made to measure goods where the customer has taken measurements.
Refunds or replacements on any goods that have been used is at the discretion of MG Bridles after a personal assessment.
Refunds can be made either direct to your bank or Paypal account.
Postage.
All goods are priced inclusive of postage.
Goods will be despatched using Australia Post. All goods will be sent using Registered Post and will require a signature for delivery.
Privacy Policy.
All private information; name, address and contact details are viewed only by Michelle Graham. Staff members are not privy to customers private information.
